After Saigon, we went up north to visit Hanoi, Viet Nam's capital of about 3 million people. Hanoi had a much different atmosphere than Saigon -- quieter and more conservative. And the weather was colder -- 60 degrees fahrenheit instead of 90 in Saigon. But much of the life on the streets were the same. This is a typical street scene in the middle of Hanoi.
